Charlotte Griffiths in Year 9 was at Manchester College this week. She had been shortlisted in a food competition with her recipe ‘Mexican Chilli Stack’. After the north west regional heat there were 8 regional finalists. We are delighted that Charlotte came third overall She did really well under pressure – especially as celebrity chef James Martin was the host and helped to judge the finalists Well done Charlotte!
