History
The study of History includes events, individuals, inventions and ways of life. Each History teacher is committed to providing interesting and enjoyable lessons where pupil learning is a priority. History is important as it enables pupils to develop key skills such as analysis, comparison, evaluation and research. However, the study of History is also important in understanding our ancestors and how life today has been created. A person cannot understant the present wihtout first understanding the past! History is an exceptionally popular choice for GCSE.
